Responsibilities

• Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
• Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
• Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management.
• Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services.
• Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.
• Participate in capital market development, including participation in road shows, bank meetings, analyst meetings, and more.
• Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
• Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
• At least 15 years of experience, with 5 in an executive level position, such as general manager or vice president.

Experience and a flair for sales would be beneficial.

Apple International Inc is looking for an Experienced Helicopter Parts Person. This department not only serves our own refurbishment shop but sells parts and accessories to our customers worldwide. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in sales, be very familiar in identifying Bell parts and their condition and possess endless energy and enthusiasm. An A & P License would be beneficial, but not necessary. An excellent positive attitude and a will to succeed are prerequisites. This is a Senior position within Apple International Inc and requires an experienced person with a proven track record of achievements in the following facets of the Aviation business;

• Long term aviation experience preferably working on or with Bell Helicopters
• FAA License capability, preference will be given to applicants with an I.A. A DAR License would be extremely advantageous
• An excellent ability to work with people to ensure a friendly atmosphere and good productivity
• Good financial experience to deal with ‘Job Costing’ budgets and department targets
• Dealing with the many aspects of an FAA Repair Station and the FAA
• Good working knowledge of IT systems.

It is envisaged that there will also be a requirement for some manual work in the short term future but the position can be adaptable to some extent to suit both needs. This position is full time but may be adaptable to part time.
